Pepper is the first humanoid robot capable of recognising the principal human emotions and adapting his behaviour to the mood of his interlocutor.
Pleasant and likeable, Pepper is much more than a robot, he is a genuine humanoid companion created to communicate with people in the most natural and intuitive way, through his body movements and his voice.
Pepper loves to interact and learn more about people through communication. He can recognise faces, speak, hear and move around autonomously.
He is equipped with an array of audio, visual and tactile sensors, and is 120cm tall and weighs about 28kg. He has two arms and rolls around on a wheeled base, with a lithium-ion battery that provides power for around 12 hours.
His chest bears a 10.1-inch touchscreen that can be used to communicate along with his voice and gestures. Pepper Robot’s main function is to interact with people.
